    Adding comments, postal, and migrations!

    Comments are enabled now! A user needs to be verified in order to post comments. If postal is disabled, new users are automatically verified.

    Postal is not a hard requirement but can be used for verifying users. This will send an email to the registered user in order to verify their email.

    Migrations are added via go-migrate.
